Each and every therapist, regardless of modality, develops their own individual style for their practice. It is based on their personality, their experience and their values.

My approach is based on the following beliefs:

The creative process of art is both healing and life-enhancing.

You have the personal energy and power within you to work out your troubles.

Your beliefs frame your experience. I believe you can align your perceptions with whatever you want in order to lead a more fulfilling life.

All people and cultures have a tradition of art because it is a basic human means of communication.

While many of us truly are victims of trauma and unfortunate life circumstances, it is never healthy to assume a ‘victim mentality’. Blaming others does not lead you down the road to emotional well-being.

I believe that life’s experiences are meant to teach and guide you. What seems like an insurmountable challenge now may be the lesson you need to heal and become even stronger.

Energy flows where attention goes.

We are all seeking strategies to deepen our sense of self and fulfillment.

Inner happiness is the fuel for

One hour a week spent focusing on where you are and where you want to be is time well used.
